I am a professionally trained, experienced integrative counsellor, together we can explore whatever difficulties you are encountering in a place of warmth and safety in an idyllic setting.
I work as an integrative counsellor, drawing from humanistic and psychodynamic modalities. My approach is relational, as I believe that relationships are fundamental to our well-being, and that our early relationships with caregivers, affect all other relationships.
Therefore, I think that our past informs our present, and who we are today is formed by our life experiences and the choices we have made. I am particularly interested in ‘attachment’ and how this has shaped us. I seek to encourage self-awareness and autonomy, believing that every person is unique and valuable, and has within them, the ability to change.
